More than 50 young professionals from across the world, including America, Canada, France, the UK and Australia, came together to experience the excitement of Purim. In attendance were pirates, vampires, Ninjas, and even Batman, all of whom enjoyed meeting, mingling, and hearing the Megillah. The wine flowed, the costumes creative, and the atmosphere electric! One 20-something commented that he would NEVER step foot into a synagogue, but he came to hear the Megillah at The Brownstone because, “it feels like home.”
